Plant Offshore Group Ltd (‘POG’) was incorporated in Jersey, The Channel Islands under the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 on 14 March 2007. POG is principally an investment holding company and has three (3) direct subsidiary companies, i.e. Plant & Offshore Corporation Sdn Bhd ('POC'), Plant Offshore Pty Ltd (‘POPL’) and Rubber Seismic Isolators LGM Sdn Bhd (‘RSI’), and four (4) indirect subsidiaries, i.e. Plant & Offshore Technology Sdn Bhd ('POT'), Ikhtiar Intelek Sdn Bhd ('I-Intelek'), Capital Management Solutions Sdn Bhd ('CMS') and PT Indoland Bangun Sejahtera ('IBS').

The services of POG and its subsidiary companies ('Plant Offshore Group'), which are predominantly in Malaysia, consist of a few integrated segments, namely the Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management (‘EPCM’) services, engineering design software and rubber seismic isolation technology. The EPCM services of Plant Offshore Group are supported by their experienced engineers and technical personnel and both the Group’s proprietary engineering design software and rubber seismic isolation technology, which serve as the technology platform of the Group. The  Group’s technology platform of proprietary engineering design software in particular is supported by the Group’s ongoing Research and Development (‘R&D’) activities. Plant Offshore Group also supplies industry specialists to their clients.
